How do I order?
Select product category in the menu bar at the top > select product > select size > add desired item to shopping cart > go to checkout and place order.
Is it possible to order by e-mail and fax?
Unfortunately not. Please note that orders can only be placed via our online store www.wallspirit.de. Here you can browse the range around the clock and place an order
Can I order several motifs / products at the same time?
Yes, you can order as many different products and motifs as you like in one order. They will then be sent together to one delivery address. If you place several orders, we cannot guarantee joint shipping.

I need the product by a certain date!
You can see the expected delivery date for each item. This serves as a guide for your planning. We produce from Monday to Friday, delivery by DHL takes place from Monday to Saturday.
Change my order?
If you would like to change your order with regard to the shipping or payment method, delivery or billing address, please send us an e-mail stating your order number to mail@wallspirit.de. We will check the feasibility.
Different packaging desired
If you would like a mirrored view of the motifs, we will be happy to check the feasibility of this. Please send us an e-mail in advance to mail@wallspirit.de with all the information about the item, dimensions and motif name.
What do I need to do in the event of a complaint?
Do you have a complaint or claim? To ensure that we can process your complaint quickly, please send us a brief description of the reason and photos by e-mail to mail@wallspirit.de. We ask for your understanding that we are unfortunately unable to accept complaints without the necessary pictures of the damage.
Complaints about transport damage:
Please inform us immediately of any transport damage, as this must be reported to our logistics partner. Please send the complaint and photos by e-mail to mail@wallspirit.de. The photos together should not be larger than 20 MB. Please wait for our feedback on how to proceed. Please keep the packaging until we have clarified the matter.
Complaints in the event of incorrect delivery:
Despite great care, things can happen. In this case, please inform us immediately by e-mail at mail@wallspirit.de. Please quote the order number on the package. We will take care of the return and inform you of the next steps. If you return your goods unsolicited and freight collect, you will be charged the shipping costs incurred.
What products does WallSpirit offer?
Our range consists of decorative items and wall murals. Choose your new favorite piece from the various categories. We are constantly expanding our range: look forward to WallSpirit wall tattoos, foil plots and wallpaper. Embellish your furniture or car and design your own individual stickers. Print your favorite motifs as a mural on canvas with frame, aluminum Dibond, Forex or acrylic glass, in large format as a textile banner, on tarpaulin material, or as a poster print. Individual gifts as postcards, decorative letters, cardboard displays, photo table runners or tablecloths and business cards.

The following products are flame retardant (with fire protection certificate): Canvas and wall tattoos
How do I redeem a voucher?
Please enter your voucher code directly in the shopping cart. The voucher value will be displayed directly and deducted from the order value.
Can I clean my picture?
You can clean your canvases and wall tattoos with a damp cloth. Please do not use washing-up liquid or harsh cleaning agents.
How can I make changes to the data stored in my customer account?
To make changes, you must first log in with your existing details. You can then add new contact details or change the existing ones.
What are the advantages of a customer account?
Your customer account gives you an overview of your orders. You can manage your address, your delivery address and your bank details. You have the option of saving the designs you have created and using them at a later date.
