Return of goods
You have the right to cancel your contract with us within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods. Further information can be found in our GTC.

Please note that products that have been personalized are excluded from exchange and return.

You are welcome to use the contact form on this page or send us an e-mail to info@dekoli.de. We will get in touch with you as soon as possible. You will receive a return label from us. When the return shipment arrives at our warehouse, we will refund the purchase amount.


Would you like to complain about a product?
We hope that you are always satisfied with your product and our service. If, contrary to expectations, you do receive a faulty product, you can make a complaint by using the form on this page or by sending us an e-mail to info@dekoli.de with your order number and a description of the fault.
Photos are particularly important here: Please take a photo of the entire product as well as a close-up of the fault. A size comparison is ideal, e.g. a coin next to the defect or a white area in the picture to compare the color, e.g. a white sheet of paper.
We will process your complaint in the shortest possible time after an internal check.
