What payment methods are available?

Payment with PayPal

If you choose Paypal, you will be redirected to the external Paypal site where you can pay securely and conveniently using your Paypal access data.

Payment by credit card

We accept Visa and MasterCard. You do not need a PayPal account, but can pay as usual with your credit card.

Payment by instant bank transfer

You can pay conveniently and easily with SOFORT bank transfer. The payment is simply made with your online banking.

Payment by direct debit

Payment by direct debit is also possible, billing is via Paypal, but you do not need a Paypal account for this. You can enter your account details at the end of the order and thus grant a one-off direct debit authorization. The money will then be debited once.

Payment by invoice

Pay conveniently on account with Paypal. You will receive an invoice from Paypal, in which you will find all the important information and account details for the transfer. Please do not transfer the amount to our account. You do not need a PayPal account if you wish to pay by invoice.

Payment via Amazon Pay

Shop quickly and easily using the information stored in your Amazon customer account. Pay securely without having to re-enter your shipping and payment information. You are protected by the A to z guarantee - just like when you shop on Amazon.

What shipping options are available?

Shipping within Germany

The standard shipping costs are EUR 4.95 per order. The actual shipping costs are shown in the shopping cart.
All prices quoted include 19% VAT.

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible and handed over to our logistics partner DHL from Monday to Friday (except on public holidays). They will deliver between Monday and Saturday. The possible delivery date can be found in the respective article.
You will receive a tracking number with the shipping confirmation so that you can track your order online at www.dhl.de .

In exceptional cases, shipping is carried out by UPS.
